About
The bond behind the name
Kizuna means the bond that brings people together. Ravintola KIZUNA is a Japanese restaurant serving sushi, ramen, yakitori, grilled eel and homemade tofu.
The restaurant was brought to life through the support, friendship and love of the community, and we are grateful for that. That is why the name is Kizuna.
We hope to create new bonds, between the restaurant and our guests, and among guests. Good food and drinks, laughter and conversation, in a room that feels like your second home.
The kitchen cooks a wide range of Japanese food with Nordic ingredients. The menu includes Finnish mushrooms, siika, salmon and reindeer.
かもめ食堂
Kamome Shokudo
The room is a filming location of Kamome Shokudo (Ruokala Lokki, かもめ食堂). The aim is a place the neighbourhood loves, and where Japanese guests can drop in as lightly as in the film. If you remember the atmosphere of the film, you can sit with it.
